Yes!: A typical apple will contain about 5g of fiber. Considering they are inexpensive, require no preparation, and taste really good, i'd say apples are an excellent source for easy fiber!

Yes: A small apple has 3 grams of fiber, and a large apple has 5 grams of fiber. When eaten with the skin, apples are a high fiber food.
