How to increase to high fiber diet - low budget?

Vegetables and beans: Beans that you soak in water are extremely inexpensive and very high in fiber ( 6 grams per serving). The canned beans are just as high in fiber but may be a bit more expensive since they are canned. Fresh or frozen vegetables are also high in fiber ( about 3 grams per serving)
