Scoliosis, Schuerman: A healthy teenager should be evaluated immediately by a spine specialist if they are developing forward spine curvature which could be a sign of shuermann's disease or scoliosis amongst other possibilities. The muscle atrophy is even more concerning as this typically implies that there is nerve involvement with possible impingement that should be evaluated via MRI as soon as possible.
