A member asked:

Anyone being treated with hydroxychloroquine & meloxicam for their ra?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many: Many people with mild rheumatoid arthritis respond to hydroxychloroquine. Meloxicam only helps control symptoms but does not control the inflammatory process. The key is to have the rheumatologist assess whether the Hydroxychloroquine is adequately controlling the RA to prevent progression as progression can lead to deformity.
