I have had inflammation 5 mths. test neg for ra. cortisone but lim success, 5 weeks on plaquenil, (hydroxychloroquine) lim improvement. how long before i shld see more?

Not enough info: One cannot answer your question without specifics about what you mean by inflammation. However, Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) takes 3-6 months to be maximally effective.
