Young for: Osteoarthritis, tylenol (acetaminophen) safest, hot moist packs followed by icing down area- try and stay away from nsaids(bad for stomach).

Sometimes: Sometimes nonsteroidals and corticosteriod injections. Talk to your doctor to see if you are a candidate.
