Yes: You are smart to shun narcotics. They are not the answer! fibromyalgia is very general diagnosis for vague symptoms for which we don't have a cause. In my experience, most fibromyalgia patients benefit from simple changes like an anti inflammatory diet, stress relief techniques like meditation, and regular exercise. Heavy duty drugs are a very poor solution here!
