Supposed to go get a psychiatric evaluation; what do they ask you?

Psychiatric evaluati: Depends on what the requester is looking for, for example : competency, assessing mental status, establishing a diagnosis, etc.

Everything: You will be asked why you are there, if you've ever seen a psychiatrist before and for what, if you've ever heard voices or saw things not there, if you are paranoid, what medications you take, if you have any allergies, if you have had surgery, if there is a family history of any mental or drug problems, what you do for a living, if you are married, if you use drugs and/or alcohol, and more.
