Yes depends: There are quite a few classes of drugs that are known to increase rates of akathesia. In addition, there are individuals (3-5%) who will experience akathesia after taking a placebo, in double blind studies.

Akathisia: Akathisia is a feeling of jumping out of your skin, antsy, feeling like pacing around and inability to be comfortable when resting it can be caused by atypical antipsychotics, antidepressants usually.
