Athletes foot: You can always start with an over the counter cream like clotrimazole. Just ask your pharmacist where to find it. Apply twice daily and if things aren't improving in one to two weeks, you might need a stronger prescription medication from a foot specialist.

Athletes foot?: Most patient that i see have almost used any possible otc cream in the drug store. I usually prescribe ertaczo. Majority of my patient that use Ertaczo as directed improve.

Most work: If it is a fungal infection, most of the over the counter antifungals will work if used as recommended. My favorite is lamisil(terbinafine). Dr l.
