Consider please having a culture done on the scabs with appropriate topical therapy thereafter and even possibly oral as well

Sounds consistent with athlete's foot, but only a dermatologist can tell for sure. Vaginal creams are not intended for use on feet. Try one of the OTC athlete's foot creams, and if that doesn't work, see a dermatologist.
