I have peeling skin between 3 toes, raw pink in the crease and peeling upward where it looks like tiny scabs where it's ready to peal. i'm thinking fungus? i have terconazole vaginal cream 0.8% yes, no? red oak bark? any help what to use please?

Consider please having a culture done on the scabs with appropriate topical therapy thereafter and even possibly oral as well

Sounds consistent with athlete's foot, but only a dermatologist can tell for sure. Vaginal creams are not intended for use on feet. Try one of the OTC athlete's foot creams, and if that doesn't work, see a dermatologist.
