Is it bad to wear farsighted glasses to look at a computer screen at work?

No: No, it probably makes your workday much easier to actually be able to see near targets like printed material and computer screens. Anyone over the age of 15 cannot affect the degree of their refractive error or the health of their eyes in general by wearing glasses or not, so don't be afraid to use your glasses if you cannot get through the day without them.
