Not likely: Not intended to do that, may see big lymph nodes if present. Other tests including physical exam, ct may better define these.

Unlikely: The test is used to evaluate the gastrointestinal tract and not the lymph nodes of the neck. There are other radiographic studies that can scan for lymph nodes of the throat.
