Non-contact, low impact sports and activities such as stationary bike, treadmill, walking and swimming are ideal during pregnancy to maintain muscle tone and keep the cardiovascular system in good shape in anticipation of labor and delivery.

It works to maintain flexibility, muscle tone, balance & circulation. Poses used are safe & designed to have low joint impact. Add in aerobic activity.
