How fast does advair work and what should i be noticing after a few hours?

Not fast acting: Advair contains two medications. The steroid, fluticasone, can take several days to show maximum benefit. The bronchodilator, salmeterol, takes a few hours to work. This inhaler should never be used as a rescue medication and is designed for regular, daily use.
