Am i the only one that notices a change in the sound of my voice from advair?

No: Hoarseness and throat irritation are very common side effects of advair use. The discus is more notorious for this adverse effect than the metered dose inhaler.

No: Inhalers, especially steroid inhalers can cause slight changes in the vocal cords which can certainly lead to subtle changes in the voice. Nothing to worry about. If it bothers you please make an appointment with an ENT doctor for a look at your cords.
