Possibly: Raynaud's phenomenon usually manifests itself on both hands and / or feet, but not always. Other possibilities include carpal tunnel syndrome or periperal vascular disease as well. Smoking can exacerbate symptoms like these as well. See your doctor to have it looked at though.
