About a week and a half ago red blotches started showing up on my lower legs. they are not raised and dont itch. extremely noticeable. i have also been experiencing symptoms of raynauds syndrome in my hands the past 4 months. what could it be?

This is most likely lovideo reticularis which may be associated with autoimmune disorders. It tends to occur in young& middle age females. It may be provoked by exposure to cold temperature but you may have the form that's associated with autoimmune conditions.
