What are some cause of intolerance to cold, if it is 65 or below i can not physically handle it, it causes extreme pain. my feet turn red,swell,and numb up to knees, hands turn white,physically shake, bones ache, raynauds has been ruled out. ?

Thyroid: I would look for a thyroid problem. That would be a condition that would result in your symptoms. Check into a book called Hypothryoid the Unsuspected Illness by Dr Broda Barnes. Older book, but good source to read and I think it will help you look to what to explore to resolve your issue.
