The last 2 fingers in my left hand are numb and i thought maybe i slept on it or something but after the day went on and they were still numb i got worried. i have raynaud's and am not sure if that has anything to do with it. what could be the issue?

Certainly possible that you compressed the left ulnar nerve at the elbow while sleeping. If the numbness persists for more than 3 days, contact your doctor. Most of these kinds of issues resolve over 3-4 weeks at most.
