Is there any way to reduce the myopia in the eyes without surgery?

Nope!: Surgery is the only way. Glasses and contact lenses will allow you to see well, but do not actually change your eye in any way. lasik michigan.

Myopic correction: Your options to correct your myopia are glasses, contact lenses, or laser vision correction (lasik or prk). Orthokeratology can reduce myopia but the effect is temporary and has some significant risk of infection/scarring/etc.
