Can eye surgery correct myopia with astigmatism?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Astigmatism correctn: Absolutely. The vast majority of corneal refractive surgery, i.e. Lasik or surface ablation/prk, is for just that. Most people wearing glasses for distance vision are myopic, and most of them have some amount of astigmatism as well. Today's lasers can correct a very high proportion of your myopia and your astigmatism. Some lasik surgeons give free educational appointments or seminars.
