Allergies?: How old is the baby? Could be a viral infection, could be nothing at all, if younger or if has lasted longer than 4-5 days - should be seen by md and evaluated!

Too nonspecific: Newborn? 1 year old? Has it been going on for hours, days, weeks, or months? Appetite? Growth? There is no way to accurately address your concerns when you present so little information.
