I have had a baker's cyst on the back of my knee for over 10 years. i have had no pain, should i be concerned otherwise?

No pain = no prob: If the baker's cyst is not giving you any problems, then there's no need to put a needle in it and drain it. Lots of people of baker cysts and have no issues. Once it gets big or painful or limits mobility, then you can talk with your doc about taking care it. Cheers!
