Teen interests: Teenage girls have a variety of interests with exercise. The first place to start is if she wants to exercise with friends and on a team (soccer/ swim team) or independently (yoga/ biking). School based sports with a coach are motivating and can be a great starting point. A good routine will encorporate core body stability and flexibility with some strength training and low impact cardio.
