Good Luck: Heartburn or reflux is one of the most common things that we see in medical practice. Large meals or late meals or even meals high in fat content can contribute to reflux. Most people experience that at some point in their life. Try having smaller meals late in the day and avoid bending over and lifting after you do have a large meal. Meals high in fats will also contribute.
