Not likely: Acid reflux primarily causes symptoms in the chest and maybe just below that. It may also cause a sour taste in the mouth. Less often it can cause cough/ sinus symptoms. Peptic ulcer and pancreatic pain is high mid abdominal and may radiate to the back. However, if it's just pain in your back without other symptoms i would think of something else. See your doctor for an evaluation. Good health.
