A member asked:

To get dark chocolate benefits, is eating a piece of 80% dark chocolate equal to eating 2 pieces of 40% dark chocolate (same sized pieces)?

No: Generally, 80% dark chocolate is semi-sweet or bittersweet & has high cocoa solids (the good stuff) & little sugar; 40% dark chocolate has only 40% cocoa solids and more sugar; so 2 pieces will give you more sugar.
