hypothyroid & hashimoto's, always bloated, can't lose weight. on synthroid (thyroxine) & small amount of cytomel. how do i reduce bloating & lose at least 10 lbs?

Diet and exercise: If your thyroid hormone and TSH levels are normal than you just have to do what the rest of the world does to lose weight. Do not increase thyroid replacement - that weight loss is muscle, not fat.
