are there any safe medicines for pregnant women to take (2nd trimester) for a cold with sinus headaches?

OTC remedies: As a general rule, try otc (over the counter) remedies first (e.g. Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fevers, minor aches & pains, Robitussin or cough, etc..). If symptoms don't improve and/or stronger intervention is desired, contact provider.
