Just an additional caveat. If headache persists or if a pattern of repetitive headaches ensues, best to contact your doctor, as this may or may not be sinusitis in origin and a potential bacterial infection should be considered.

Seasonal allergies will cause sinus congestion pressure and headache besides sneezing and nasal drip. Headache is common because of congestion. A cold medication or adding a D to Allegra as Allegra D will be ok. Doing a sinus /nasal rinse is also recommended. Please use mask to block pollen and close window in house as well. Hope this helps
