Panado: In general panado which is acetaminophen / tylenol( class B per FDA USA) /paraacetamol is considered safe but it should be lowest dose and short period. But always check with your ob https://www.nhs.uk/common-health-questions/pregnancy/can-i-take-paracetamol-when-i-am-pregnant/

Best avoided but...: I would avoid it, esp. in the first 13 weeks of pregnancy. One reason it's not totally safe is that it depletes glutathione, an essential antioxidant, so anyone who takes it at any time should also take 500 mg of N-Acetylcysteine (NAC). See https://tinyurl.com/ybtlmvfq The safest alternative is homeopathy: https://homeopathic.com/homeopathic-medicines-for-headaches/ Also try acupressure.
