Got punched?: Punched or got punched?there are many bones,ligamnt and tendons in the hand as well as the wrist.Elevate the hand,ice the area down and walk into an ortho walkin clinic and get seen or see your doctor get examined and an xray.If you have significant tenderness in the snuff box,get a thumb spica splint and insist on seeing orthopedics.you can get avascular necrosis evenwith no fracture seen.
