See your doctor: Night sweats (enough that you have to change your pjs or your bed sheets) is a concerning symptom. Are you having any other symptoms (weight loss, cough, new enlarged lymph nodes)? Infection (such as tb) or cancer (lymphoma) are some of the more serious causes of this. Go to your doctor, or an urgent care facility if you don't have one.
