Get tested TB/HIV: Sometimes besides STD (LGV or Syphilis) HIV , TB, Atypical Mycobacterial infection, RARELY Lymphoproliferative disorders may present with low grade fevers and weight loss! Go to your doctor and get tested for HIV, STD's etc!
