Apparently not.: It appears that TSH is not ahhected by stress, especially if on thyroxine, but is more affected by the thyroxine itself. Low TSH means too much while high TSH means too low, or poor compliance with therapy. Stress would more likely influence the hormone cortisol, since this is increased by stress and is elevated during stressful times like waking up in the morning.

It isn't stress: But levels of thyroxine, plain or synthetic, and they can vary and need to be adjusted by your endocrinologist, peditrician, or internist.
