Ibuprofen: Seriois side effects include: GI bleed, GI ulceration, mi, stroke, thromboembolism, chf, nephrotoxicity, hepatotoxicity, thrombocytopenia, aplastic anemia, agranulocytosis, neutropenia, pancytopenia, toxic epidermal necrolysis, stevens-johnson syndrome, bronchospasism, thromboembolism, anaphylactic/anaphylactoid rxns and others.
