Does your shoulders appear in a neck x-ray?

No: It may show part if the neck but technically is a shoulder x-ray , not neck. If radiologist finds an incidental finding on the neck, then clinical correlation & neck studies will be recommended.

No: Not usually. Cervical x-rays only focus on the cervical spine. Any other parts that show up would be very partial at most, and hard to interpret. Separate specific shoulder views would be needed.
