L-dopa levels: L-dopa comes in short and long acting forms, which last from two to about eight hours. After starting l-dopa therapy, if the doses are taken very regularly, the brain levels will stabilize after four to six weeks, because of the many interacting brain regions that are affected..

What can you eat/take that will lower your dopamine levels?

Please clarify: Please repost your question with an explanation of why you think your dopamine "levels" are too high. Please also indicate where in your body you want to lower these "levels," and if your "levels" have been measured (how else would you know they're too high?) please include the numbers.
