Not likely...: Your doctor may be trying two different pathways to relieve depression that has been resistant to treatment. I don't think it matters much when you take prozac, but wellbutrin (bupropion) would be considered "activating". If my patients are on a divided dose, I have them take the second one no later than 5 pm. I don't think it likely that this dose could raise Dopamine levels high enough to "cause delusions".

As above: I agree with other physicians , in addition , this regime of medication most t likely will interfere with sleep.
