Depends : On your ccondition. If you are a diabetic on insulin 3 to 4 times per day. If on oral medications once per day or not at all. If you don't have diabetes and having no symptoms of it (or low blood sugars) then you don't need to worry about checking. Your doctor can perform screening tests if needed.
