I had gotten ceftizoxime in the hospital. is that the same as keflex capsules?

Cephalosporins: Ceftizoxime is a third generation cephalosporin. It has more coverage for gram- negative bacteria. Keflex (cephalexin) is first generation cephalosporin andh as more coverage for gram positives and some gram-negatives. As the generation goes up there is more coverage for gram positive bacteria.
