Keflex: To answer your question is "yes". It can be related, but it may not be related either. In other words, it's hard to tell without more history and seeing the area. If the itchiness is mild and no rash is present, i'd say keep on taking it until finished. If you cannot tolerate the itch, call your doc.

Anal pruritis: Keflex used to treat bacterial infection (e.g. Upper and lower respiratory tract infections, such as bronchitis, etc.). The side effects are diarrhoea, nausea, stomach pain, skin rash, hives, genital and anal pruritis (itching). Rec.: see prescribing physician for medication adjustment.
