I would not do both at exactly the same time if that is what you mean. Go to drugs.com and enter the EXACT med(s) you are taking including weed to see if there is an interaction. Some drugs/genes will speed up metabolism of some drugs and slow down others. Ain’t nature/medicine interesting?

Marijuana is known to decrease you immune response to infection. If you are taking Keflex for an infection, you should not take marijuana as it will make clearing that infection more difficult for your immune system. Wait at least a week after you finish the Keflex and then reconsider starting again.
