A 20-year-old female asked:
Is caffeine bad for headaches?

Caffeine: is the main ingredient in many headache remedies. That is because it works for migraine in particular. The problem arises when one becomes dependant on caffeine (and experiences caffeine withdrawal headaches). Another consideration is that caffeine is a fairly powerful antidepressant. (so people can get hooked by two different mechanisms)
