Mixed bag...: There are many reports of benefits and harms regarding consumption of caffeine..regular intake can cause an increase in blood pressure but some studies show it may protect against Alzheimers dementia or Parkinson's Disease. Coffee may lower colon cancer risk. Consumption has been shown to increase muscle strength and endurance. Men under 55 may have increased risk of dying sooner with 4+ cups/day.
