Healthy teeth: Don't let acidic foods or drinks stay in the mouth for prolonged periods of time. Bacteria like acid and secrete acid. (ie; sport drinks, soda, lemon low ph drinks) brush floss & rinse frequently and see your dentist consistently on schedule.

Easy steps: Floss or WaterPik daily. See Dentist 2x/year for exam/cleaning. Brush 2x/day for 2 full minutes w pea-sized portion of fluoridated t'paste & soft t'brush. Avoid high sugar/starch/acid foods/beverages.
