Start caring : Please start taking care of them now and hopefully you won't lose any. Brush at least twice daily and floss once daily. See a dentist for a full evaluation and cleaning once Covid-19 quarantines are over and dentists are back open (if you are in an area where this is an issue). If the pain continues or worsens, please contact your dentist; many are available for emergency/urgent visits.

Yes: If uncared for, gums can get infected with recession/mobility/tooth loss. The infection will spread to other organ systems and damage them. Please start over. See a local Dentist for an examination, imaging, and professional cleaning. Dentist can then help you back onto the path of a healthy and beautiful smile.

Possibly: Not today, but in the not too distant future if you don't take care of them. Do you want fake. removable teeth? If so, do nothing. If you want natural healthy teeth, make an appointment with a local dentist.
