Crucial : Nutrition affects the health of all body organs & tissues. Gums & teeth for sure. A diet rich in vitamins like c, a, and e support connective tissue health. Proper calcium intake is important as well. A proper medical evaluation to confirm health is important before starting any specific diet. A dental check up is very important as well to diagnose periodontal disease & cavities.

Your medical health: A good, balance healthy diet is necessary for the overall health, which how our body combat disease (healing of our gum upon trauma). Therefore, indirectly, a healthy diet can help (a little) the teeth and gums. The most important is oral hygiene (control bacterial factor), and occlusion (control the force factor).
