For your heart: I think it all depends on how you want to live. Those that eat a good diet generally have happier and healthier lives. Those that don't can spend a lot of time feeling poorly and even worse about themselves. Plus a diet good for your heart is usually good for your brain also. If you don't want to be in a nursing home some day, eat better now!
